Additional Work Experience:

I have 17 years of experience in the microwave and wireless industry. In

addition, I have 4 years in the telephone line and fiber optics

construction and 2 years in the CATV installation. Below are my

experiences that I utilized in completing microwave installations.

I have been doing wireless construction for the past 17 years.

Construction includes building raw sites to stacking towers from the bottom

up, monopoles and co-locates. Shot path alignments, flash testing, running

lines up the tower and down into the shelter and into the radio.

Pressurizing the lines, installing radio's wiring up to the power and

battery racks. I've operated and utilized various heavy equipment

throughout the construction process. I've installed wireless antennas to

microwave dishes and fabrication mounts for microwave dishes, if factory

one didn't work

I am familiar with the organization of crews for the day and scheduling of

work for the week. I am also familiar with tools and materials that are

needed for the job. If need by the cost and dollar amounts it entails.

As for the duration of the jobs, I am familiar with the time it will take

to complete a job and what task it will involve.

I've also done job walks and worked with project managers, inspectors, city

inspectors.

I am familiar with the safety aspects of the job. And what trainings are

needed to make sure that the construction workers are maintaining a safe

work environment.

In all my years of microwave constructions, I've supervised three crews at

a time and completed the jobs.

Knowledge:

Installation of all sizes of microwave dishes ranging from 2 ft. to 10 ft.

microwave dishes. The installations are on various sizes of towers,

monopoles and water towers.

I have the knowledge of what size each microwave dish will work and what it

will take to do the job.

I also can install radio equipment and wire them up to the power strips and

to battery racks for startbye.

Testing:

I am familiar with the testing and utilizing the Inritso test equipment.

Sizes ranged from inches to 1 inches, utilizing Andrews and Comscope

lines.

Metropolitian area. Stacking mono poles from the ground on up. Drilling

to setting forms, to pouring concrete, setting bolts to stacking towers.

Grounding to running antennas and lines, co-locates, doing the civil work

to tech work and setting radios and power them up. Also ran heavy

equipment of raw lands. All work was inspected by private and city

inspectors.
