QUALIFICATIONS

My background includes 6 years as manager of a multi-building

complex. My position as Property Manager encompassed all aspects of

leasing, marketing, tenant relations, and the collection of past due

accounts, as well as overseeing office and maintenance staff. My

responsibilities also included scheduling, payroll, accounts

payable, budgeting and all personnel decisions. I've also held the

position of Collection Manager, where I ran a 30 person collection

agency for over 8 years. My responsibilities here were the training,

monitoring, and the evaluation of all collection personnel, as well

as the collection of delinquent accounts and all client issues as

they occurred. I am also proficient on the computer and able to

learn and master any skill deemed necessary.

promoted to Property Manager in under a year after starting

at the position of Collections Manager.

This job included working with chemicals and formulas

plating parts with various metals.

As manager of a small collections office, I was involved in
