Key Deliverables

As Restaurant Cellar Manager

Conducting “Wine Tasting Seminars” for guests twice a week (approximately -175 Pax) with

educational materials and promotional items.

Looking after onboard wine sales and wine inventory activities in Restaurants

Organizing trainings for Assistant Waiters on wines, sales and service in Restaurants

Interfacing with the guests to answer their questions and providing wine and food related information.

Meeting the Managers and Restaurant Supervisors team regularly to review the requirements and

timeframes.

Monitoring the sanitation & cleanliness according to public health standards and monitoring the

workstation in restaurants staffs for adherence to the procedures.

Assists the Restaurant Beverage Manager with managing a staff of up to 110 employees.

Assist the Manager with the financial aspects of the operation, including the successful identification

of expense reduction through cost control. Ensure the continuous and accurate participation of the

service operation.

Maintains cost at reasonable levels without affecting quality and standards. Reviews and approves

the requisitions from the various workstations. Requires the items be requisitioned in correct

quantities, within acceptable timeframes and in accordance with established control procedures.

Conducts workstation spot checks to ensure items are correctly stored.

Maintains a high degree of “floor presence” to observe the operations and to minimize security and

fraud issues. Monitors the staff to ensure procedures and services are performance
