Conducting and leading the new hire orientation and on-boarding processes including completion of paperwork and

enrollment in necessary trainings

Providing assistance and training in compliance and proper administration of HR policies and laws

Management of day-to-day employee relations and performance management issues

Creating processes, procedures, and process improvements to internal education and training programs

Implementing and administering database and record-keeping systems for HR & training programs

Planning, coordinating, and executing the company’s High Potential Program
