First 2 years as a Supply Chain Manager for Brazil, creating and

establishing Supply Chain and Sales operation to attend local Market after

local Crocs production plants shuts down. Been responsible for Inbound

Logistics, Customs relationship, warehousing, sales orders management, 3PL

performance, Customer Service, Key Accounts relationship, Distribution

and after sales, in order to attend Retail and Wholesale in Brazil and

South America.

After that, transferred to Crocs Los Angeles to be responsible for

warehouse changes and Key accounts sales management. When Crocs decides to

move DC from Denver to Los Angeles and I was responsible for integrate 3PL

on company procedures with ours retail customers perspective on daily

retail orders, reflecting customers needs on pick/ pack process.

Next year transferred to Porto Rico, Crocs Central America that is base to

sell and distribute to Caribbean region. I was responsible for improve 3PL

performance, redraw distribution lines and develop sales in Caribbean

Market with reps and sales in field, also responsible for customer service.

Last year, back to Brazil as Sales Manager, I assume this position to take

sales to another level, preparing for next changes. Managing key accounts

supervisors, 15 territory reps, 17 sales team and Customer service,

learning and implementing retail best practices since start up on customers

and recovering trust on deliveries and on brand.

Managing local managers and sales reps. in Argentina, Chile and Uruguay.

Brand stores in Latin America.
