Objective

Professional Experience
Elite Networks Owner/Operator June 2012 to Present
Supported and maintained various clients in Little Rock and surrounding
areas. Maintained one of the largest private practices in Arkansas, which
included 13 doctors and 80 employees. Took care of day to day desktop,
software, server issues remotely or onsite.
Arkansas Network Experts Support Tech June 2008 to June
2012
Helped manage and maintain 14 client sites throughout the state of
Arkansas. Supported various different Windows environments from workgroups
to domains. Worked with software support to resolve problems with EMR
software packages such as; EMDS, NextGen, Praxis, NetPractice, GMed. Worked
remotely and onsite resolving day to day technical hardware or OS issues.
Aristotle Network Support Technician Sept. 2007 to May 2008
Configure, Installed, Maintained, and supported all of Aristotle's wireless
ISP equipment. Duties included surveying ways and technologies to extend
Aristotle's coverage area and customer base, onsite troubleshooting calls
as well as phone calls with all customers troubleshooting router issues.
BEST Inc. Technical Support Consultant Oct. 2006 to Sept. 2007
Manage and maintain the Center for Arkansas Legal Services network, which
includes 5 remote locations throughout the state of Arkansas. Identify and
resolve in-house technical concerns for 49 employees. Provide staff
training in technology resources including Microsoft Suite 2003 and
identify potential areas for improvement of the IT services available to
attorneys, clients, and staff members. Provide network security analysis.
Center for Arkansas Legal Services Technical Intern Aug '06 to Oct '06
Assisted the Network Administrator in the rebuilding of the entire network
infrastructure, also was given the responsibility of handling all technical
related calls for all employees.
Overland Contracting, Inc. Worksite Project Coordinator 1996 -
2006
Provided construction services for companies in the telecommunications
industry. Some of my customers included: T-Mobile, Sprint, AT&T, Cingular,
Crickett, and Verizon. Positions held over this time frame included: Tower
Technician, Foreman, and QC.
