Simulated 3D Nano-Indentation models for Engineered materials with different material orientation angles using ABAQUS-

6.11 and derived material properties by comparing the computational data with the experimental results.

Used Matlab for programming the input parameters and Python for server side scripting.

Design Intern Indian Institute of Technology, Chennai (India) [Nov 2011 - Feb 2012]

Designed blade geometry for Axial flow turbine blade – Cascade model with appropriate blade cooling methods

Simulated the design for different blowing ratios and analyzed the effectiveness of blade cooling using ANSYS,

Design & Operations Intern Royal Enfield Motorcycles, Chennai (India) [May - July 2011]

Identified the key defects in the Assembly section for a large sample set by conducting Root-cause analysis

Designed components using Solidworks which reduced production time and eliminated the key defects.

Studies on Mesh Element type and Sizing using Finite Element Methods [ University of Texas at Dallas, December 2013]

Analyzed a 2D Cantilever beam subjected to shear load using ANSYS and Matlab with different mesh types and sizes.

Compared the results between ANSYS, Matlab and Numerical solution s and calculated the error percentage for different

mesh sizes.

Implementation of Rapid Prototyping in Manufacturing Industries [ University of Texas at Dallas, December 2013]

Studied the impact of Rapid Prototyping, especially Free-Form Fabrication Technology (FFFT) in modern Industries.

Analyzed the products and case studies of Stratasys and reported on the applications of FFFT in industries such as Medical,
