positioning system (GPS) technology, digital communications, and on-board
computers. Manage proposals, contract procurement, and change orders for
the development of complex design, testing and installation of electronic
components. Program management oversight to ensure contract deliverables
are on schedule by conducting weekly vendor meetings, assigning action
items and resolving issues in a timely manner. Responsible for ensuring
vendors expenses, invoices and labor charges are within contract budget.
Coordinating and executing project plan, customer meetings, phase-gate
technical design reviews, and publish detail meeting minutes.
