Created U.S. and global training projects from needs analysis, through

design, development, implementation, and evaluation, including project

management.

Target audience includes Holiday Inn Express, Holiday Inn, Crowne Plaza,

Hotel Indigo, Staybridge Suites, Candlewood Suites, InterContinental hotel

owners, managers, and line level employees.

. Organize and facilitate focus groups as part of needs analysis and follow-

up evaluations.

. Partner with subject matter experts, executive management, hotel owners,

and facilitators to ensure alignment.

. Designed and developed courses that included learner and instructor

materials as well as relevant learner-based activities and evaluation

materials (levels one and two evaluations, and when possible, level

three). Data gathered from these evaluations and other sources were used

to measure training/learner success.
