1 Job Responsibility & Accountability

* Ensuring that projects are delivered to customers on time, to budget and

to the quality expected

* Preparing, implementing and maintaining the 'Programme Plan'

* Liaising with Sales, Technical and Installation to agree project

resources and programme

* Interfacing with the purchaser (customer) and their agent, where

applicable

* Raising requisition for the purchasing of all capital goods and

consumables required for the delivery of a project

* Interfacing with suppliers to agree delivery time scales

* Interfacing with company management

* Adhering to stated policies and procedures relating to health and safety,

and quality management

* Carrying out additional tasks within your capability, in order to meet

the needs of the business

* Coordinate the Sales and production department for the planning of next

upcoming orders.

* Globally source the new vendors for high value products and gas Skid

parts.

* Manage the track record of all the pending PO and follow up for

expediting the delivery to match the company requirements.

* Make the purchase strategy in line with company business policy

accordance with Financial availably and market strategy.

* Coordinate with QA/QC department and communicate the suppliers for

quality performance with CAPA, as well as improvement policy from vendor

side.

* Vendor audit and performance rating quarterly in respect of Quality,

Delivery and Price.

* Provide necessary data and prices for biding the tenders required by

sales, marketing dept.

* High value capital purchase for plant facility development as per new

orders and organization expansion like AC, Cranes, Machines, Process

plants.

* Procure raw material like all kind of SS, MS, Inconels, High temperature

alloys, Forgings, and Investment Castings for manufacturing.

* Procure all kind of consumables like tooling, hardware, maintenance parts

as per shortage of the store on the base of MQL.

* Indigenize the parts imported from other country vendors.

* Responsible for outsource machining & fabrication components.

* Costing and estimation analysis as well as cost reduction process in

favor of Organization.

* Keeping co-ordination with Supplier and timely communication and

follow up to close the partially executable orders.

* Financial analysis of vendor for payment and Project scheduling.

* Outsource the Processes like heat treatment, galvanizing, chrome

Laser cutting
