PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE: (2 years 8 months)

1. Presently working with BLA Power Pvt. Ltd. Gadarwara (M.P.) as Jr. Engineer, Boiler and

Turbine DCS Operation of 2*45MW Thermal Power plant, from January 2012 to till date.

2. Worked as Diploma Engineer (Mechanical Maintenance) Under M/S Vimla

Enterprises/Utility Power Tech Limited and looking after maintenance activities in NTPC

Ltd. Singrauli (M.P.) of 5*200MW and 2*500MW Super Thermal Power Plant (Boiler,

Rotary APH and coal Mills) from July 2009 to Dec. 2009.

PRESENT WORK PROFILE:

• Working as DCS Engineer operation of 2*45MW thermal power plants. And successfully

completed commissioning of same plant.

• Hydraulic test, Refractory dry out, Steam blowing of boiler.

• Alkali Boil out, alkali treatment of boiler tubes.

• Differential pressure test and air leak test of boiler.

• Operation of CFBC Boiler via DCS. Cold Start up, Hot Start-up, Warm start up, Normal

Operation, Emergency Handling and Safe shut down of Units.

• Boiler Light Up (Hot & Cold), Turbine Rolling (Auto & Manual), Boiler Hot Box Up,

Auxiliary Startup, Changeover and Shutdowns Activities.

• Outdoor operation viz. changeover of drives, permit & logbook updating.

• Condition Monitoring like PA fan, FD fan, ID fan & Seal fan.

• To Checking all auxiliary in field of boiler, turbine & other systems.

• To maintain all parameters of all system of thermal power plant from pursues of operation.

• Successfully completed commissioning of 150TPH Coal Handling Plant (CHP).

RGPV Bhopal) with 68.00% in 2009.

2. B.E. in Mechanical Engineering from Takshshila Institute of Engineering & Technology,

Jabalpur (Affiliated to RGPV Bhopal) with 65.28 % in 2012.
