PROJECT DETAIL

1. Name : Speed Control of BLDC Motor Using PID and Fuzzy logic

Objective : In the proposed work a four switch three phase BLDC motor

drive is used to simplify the structure of the

conventional six switch inverter. It is an effective try

on reducing cost. PID controller is used by the outer

loop to develop the performance of speed control. A

current control technique is developed to minimize

commutation torque for the entire speed range. The main

focus of the controller design is to improve the

performance of the speed controller and to reduce the

computational load.
