regarding claim status. Reporting any fraudulent manipulation of warranty claims. Providing parts

manager with updated parts listing. Conducting weekly audits of warranty and schedules, reviewing all

old claims and address any adjustments or write offs. Assisting service consultants in closing all open

warranty RO's. Assisting service consultants and technicians with any warranty questions. Assisting

with audits and reports as requested. Attend warranty training courses through GM training website.
