BUILDING MAINTENANCE

Proper wearing of (PPE) personal protective equipment before work start.

Daily program of work/Activities for every electrician/ technician

Preventive Maintenance all building Facilities and Equipment low and medium voltage.

Repair and maintain all defective and running Machinery

Motor Controls installation and troubleshooting

Troubleshoot equipment faults and carry out preventive and/or corrective action

Daily checking of all building facilities and equipment.

Monthly checking Generator Fuel/Oil and cleaning of filter.

Monthly re-tightening Lighting and Power panels

Annual re- tightening of Main Distribution Panel (MDP,LVSG HVSG and INSULATION TEST)

Apply correct work method’s and procedures to ensure reliability for safe operation
