Used the JD Edwards MRP system to purchase and schedule delivery of parts and materials need for production of

batteries. I help set up and maintain our weekly production assembly schedule and make changes as needed.

Participate in the weekly and after run cycle counts of material as needed. I lock in the counts. Then do the counts and

enter the information into the system. Go back and check the variances before finalizing the count and passing it on for

approval. Worked to clean up and organize the Barnett warehouse for ease of finding stock material and partials of left

over materials. We did this by relocating and marking certain areas for specific types of material storage. Then went

and cleaned up a section of another warehouse for finishing parts. This area was set up using bin locations for stock

materials and location card were passed out to help with this. This has made it easier to access and control the parts in

this area.

Operations, Sales, Logistics and Safety Coordinator (July 2007 –July-2013)

Industrial Metals/ Georgia Steel (Atlanta, Georgia)

Helped organize the STOP safety program within the facility. Developed logs for daily inspections of the cranes and

forklift and the maintenance of the equipment. Facilitated monthly safety meetings for three shifts of employees. Used

AutoCAD and SigmaNest to produce parts drawings for in house use. Also did programing for our Angle Master and

burn tables to produce the most parts with the least amount of material and scrap. I set up a file system for the

production of repeat parts and updated any revisions that might be made in the SigmaNest system we used. I also did

truck routing and dispatching of our daily deliveries. Tracked payroll and vacation for delivery drivers. I helped set up

and assist our drivers with a new electric log system. I was also a part of inside sales with a main focus being on

process sales. With a main purpose being sawed, burned and formed materials for the customer and our company.
