CHIEF OPERATIONS OFFICER (COO)

ThermoDynamics Group Holdings BV - Stadskanaal, Groningen, The Netherlands

2006-2013

Provides alternate fuel technology retrofit product to reduce harmful

emissions and fuel use for commercial applications; 25 employees.

Co-founded joint venture to develop and launch an alternative fuel

technology product, based on 8 years of research and development and

several iterations. Licensed intellectual property (IP) to TCE Go Four for

commercial dissemination.

Spearheaded R&D, product design, third party validation, proof of concept,

and quality assurance; oversaw full scope from R&D to production to

manufacturing. Managed budget for R&D allocations and supply chain

negotiations. Sourced resources, suppliers, and companies; established

quality bidding/pricing; approved purchase orders; oversaw logistics; and

ensured guarantees on lead time and quality. Partnered with 2 company peers

and 6+ external/client engineers; supervised 20 direct reports.

Current client contracts/negotiations: Thyssen Krupp Verhaven (inland

Liaison" in Hydrogen Enhanced Combustion. Helped the EU Governing

Parliament develop reasonable regulations and emissions standards for

alternate fuel technologies.

a one-of-a-kind High Performance Self Optimizing Reactor Control Unit

Drove measurable performance improvements in operations for 12 restaurant

companies and 100+ business units, supporting imperatives to slash

operating costs, grow bottom line revenue, and set the stage for continued

profitable growth. Designed, launched, and positioned 6 new brands for

profitability. Managed 6+ management and 200+ general staff (FOH/BOH) per
