Honorably served nine years in the United States Marine Corps, promoted to the rank of Staff

Sergeant.

•Formulated transportation requirements for troops, supplies, and equipment for deployment and

training, via all modes of transportation.

•Reviewed aircraft load plans and associated shipping documentation for accuracy and forwarded to the

Air Force Transportation Command for aircraft allocation.

•Worked with Automated Information Systems (AIS) that are utilized throughout the Defense

Transportation System (DTS) to account, track, and interface movement data with load planning and In

Transit Visibility.

•Communicated with all internal unit divisions to establish logistical requirements. Validated

requirements and coordinated with outside units to procure logistical requirements necessary for

mission accomplishment.

•Managed multimillion dollar inventories which included management of property and sub custody

records.

•Trained and mentored subordinate Marines in job proficiency, leadership, and Marine Corps customs

•Planned and prepared countless load plans of cargo to be moved through out Afghanistan. This

involved both air and ground shipments. Coordinated all movement requirements with local Afghanistan
