I have worked in the Environmental Health and Safety Management Industry over the previous 18 yrs. I have been fortunate to have, had

the opportunity to travel throughout the U.S. in pursuance of my career goals. I have in long term established a reputable work ethic I can be

proud of in search of gainful continuous permanent employment.

As reflected in my employment history, I have worked for a few companies in Multi locations traveling as needed to numerous locations in

the U.S. I am seeking employment with a company looking for an employee that is eager to consider myself an asset to the industry,

continually educating, working managerial and field knowledge, growing long term, and willing to do as needed for the goals of the

company and clients needs. I am currently pursuing the Master Black Belt in Six Sigma lean Mfg. which is ongoing. As an EHS leader, I am

able to manage the Regulatory Permitting, Testing, Hazardous Materials, PSM, Waste Water Treatment Farms, Bag Houses, Ducts, Air

Pollution, Sampling, Monitoring, and Quality Control measures in accordance with the ISO 14000 / 18000. I have held meetings with the

regulatory commissions in (3) states for Environmental Permitting, OSHA Inspections as a Gold status member, EPA Inspections, performed

plant/site Inspections for Workers Comp Insurance Inspections, and developed and reformed Medical Protocol for CIH. Written and revised

(SOP) Standard Operating Procedures for Linde Global, still implemented throughout their Corporation today.

I have strived to maintain the educational needs of a constantly changing and growing industry to stay abreast of updates required by both

Federal and State Regulations. I have pursued continuous educational requirements, holding an accelerated GPA while working the hourly

constraints of 60-100 hours per week on most employment opportunities. I have a long history of working with only a few companies over

the past 18 yrs in an EHS Director / Manager position requiring travel to multiple locations to meet the needs of the companies

requirements. Although multiple locations are descriptive in my resume over the years, it is only a reflection of the diversity of my skills as

an EHS Manager applying additional benefits to a supportive structured company. I have managed Safety Professionals from as few as a

team of nearly 2-60 including Safety Technicians, Safety Representatives, Field Safety Auditors, Field Interns, Safety & Health

Coordinators, Environmental Technicians, Environmental Field Permitting Auditors and other titled EHS professionals.

As a strong leader and Manager in EHS, I acquired the ability to adapt, implement and enforce safety cultures such as ‘stop’, ‘safe cap’,

‘lean safety’, ‘NASCAR’, behavioral based and many more for some of the most predominately know companies in the US, such as Du

Pont, Nucor, DOW, Gerdau Ameristeel, Duke Energy, Kentucky Power, Southern Energy, Mercedes Benz, Daimler Chrysler, and many

more. I have revised, modified and written Standard Operating Processes and Procedures for major corporations incorporating both the CFR

1910 and 1926 Federal guidelines enabling their functions umbellate to both Union and non-union employees for site specific locations and

task completions. As a strong Managerial leader in EHS, I am capable of evaluating the team of interim or seasoned Environmental or

Safety & Health staff for their strengths as assets, while utilizing their skills as strong points individually and collectively to build a stronger

Safety Culture to both maintain the TRIR and or improve it through Root Cause Analysis, while regulating lean Mfg practices and building a

safety culture that exemplifies the standard for the Industry.
