KING COUNTY, WASHINGTON, DECEMBER 2006 – JUNE 2007
• King County is nearly twice as large as the average county in the United States with more than 1.8 million
people. Ciber went on to implement PeopleSoft HCM and Oracle Financials and the Org Change
Management planning supported that implementation.
• Designed and managed the Phase I - High Level Business Plan for the five - year Accountable
Business Transformation for King County which included facilitating over 30 presentations and process
workshops with agency leadership to define the scope of the project and align key stakeholders. Led
workshops to define Budget System RFP requirements for software selection of new Budget System.
• The results of these workshops defined project key business decisions, benefits, impacts, risks and
mitigation strategies and developed High Level Business Plan to migrate County to Oracle Financials and
PeopleSoft HCM.
FULTON COUNTY SCHOOLS, SEPTEMBER 2006 – NOVEMBER 2006
• Fulton County School System is one of the oldest and largest school districts in Georgia with 15,000
employees. The Ciber SAP Practice implemented Finance, Supply Chain, HCM and the Change Management
services supported that implementation.
• Worked closely with Org Change team to develop Organizational Change Sponsorship Program,
Change Management Plan and Communication Plan and defined overall Org Change Management
deliverables.
PENNSYLVANIA TURNPIKE COMMISSION (PTC), MARCH 2006 - JULY 2006
• PTC manages all aspects of the Pennsylvania Turnpike and employs approximately 2,800 employees and
collects $600 million in revenue each year. Ciber’s SAP Practice implemented PTC’s $58 Million project for
Finance, Supply Chain, HCM and Fleet Management and the Change Management services supported that
implementation.
• Provided Leadership and guidance to the onsite organizational change management lead during the
software selection phase and during the Implementation phase led the Change Management Team through
the development of the Change Management Branding, redefined Project internet site, established Change
Management Sponsorship program, developed Stakeholders Analysis and Communication Plan.
ST. JOSEPH HEALTH SYSTEM, MAY 2004 - NOVEMBER 2004
• SJHS is an industry leader in providing quality care with 18 healthcare entities, 20,000 employees and
annual revenue of over 3 billion. St. Joseph had implemented PeopleSoft HCM and needed help improving
effectiveness of their implementation.
• Led Performance Improvement Assessment and HRMS Strategic Planning with senior management from
18 healthcare entities to define long term PeopleSoft HRMS plan for St. Joseph Health System.
Conducted individual executive interviews and stakeholder analysis to uncover improvement
opportunities, prioritize requirements and develop PeopleSoft HRMS Strategic Plan to deploy new
functionality over the course of three years.
