station $1.2 million syringe assembly station.

multi-station capital equipment design projects involving
counting and packaging of construction ties. Completed robotic
palletizing layout of plant floor.
3. Hayward - Mechanical Lead on first half of polypropylene and
polyester filter bag assembly line. Required integration of
sewing station, unwind, accumulator, load cells, side seam
welder, dancer, cut to length station, stacker, ultrasonic
welder, marking station, laser trimmer, and vibration welder
4. Sherwood - Developed new gripping system for asthma inhaler
packaging cell
5. Western Digital / Komag - Mechanical Lead on half of this
$0.5 million class 10 clean room packaging cell. Packaging cell
input, double bagged, vacuumed and heat sealed Empak cassettes
filled with hard drives.
6. U.S. Mint - Mechanical Lead on Phase 1 investigative study to
wrap and box all coin for the U.S. Denver Mint. Developed
prototype coin boxing machine.
7. OEA - Helped on various issues during the assembly and
debugging stages of automated assembly cells.
8. Allied Signal - Helped on various issues during the assembly
and debugging stages of this de-molding work cell.
9. About Packaging Robotics - Project / lead mechanical lead for
design update to pouch bagger.
10. Advance Forming Technology - Mechanical lead, retrofitted
powdered metal inspection machine with addition vision system
camera. Modified vacuum grippers and other misc. components to
provide better field of vision.
11. Lightseam - Created model and analyzed prototype multi-axis
robotic laser fabric welder. Modified tooling to achieve
thinner weld bead.
12. Raytheon - Mechanical Lead on multiple projects involving
plutonium handling machines for the cleanup of Rocky Flats.
13. Hewlett Packard - Multiple projects included packaging
machine for disposable cameras and an inspection station for
Grizzly Tape Drives.
