Contact Management System is an intranet application used for creation and maintenance of

business rules and campaigns. Marketing/merchandise users create various promotional

campaigns targeting customers using rules. These campaigns are then offered via marketing

emails, printed catalogs/flyers, on the ecommerce website or through telemarketing. CMS helps

marketing & circulation teams target their customers with appropriate offers. ADCORE is

another web application used for creation and maintenance of all web ads creative.
