machined aluminum and ferrous components and assemblies to automotive OEMs across the

• Generation of Reports

• Creation of Dialog Programs

• Creation and usage of internal tables, and usage of database tables

• Writing BDC to upload data

JOB PROFILE

Report Generation:

• Modified various reports per client specific needs.

• Development of interactive reports that display detailed report of the plant and storage

location in basic lists .On selection of plant or storage location, they produce detailed

reports according to the plants or storage locations depending on selection.

• Analysis of Purchase Requisition: Created a report based on Purchase requisition

number that displays material number, quantity, delivery date as a basic list. Upon

clicking on Material displays purchase group, purchase order number, vendor. Upon

clicking on vendor displays vendor name, net price and payment terms.

• Development of material master detail reports using ALV GRID.

• Daily sales Report.

• Vendor Performance report that lists Vendor Name, Materials Supplied, Planned and

Actual Delivery times, Payment Terms and Prices extracting data from LFA1, LFB1,

LFBK, A017, and A018.

• Purchase orders reports, which allowed the user to select the types of POs, or the

ability to restrict to POs for a specified time period defaulting to last 30 days. Also giving

ability to restrict on the basis of vendor. The report also provided a summary of a total of

dollar amount by vendor.

• Interactive report for displaying plant status to know the status of the particular

material.

• Designed an interactive report, which displays sales details of the vendors and that

can be drilled down to find shipped materials by each vendor.

SAP Scripts:

• Adjust standard layout set of Purchase Order form.

• Worked on existing SAP SCRIPT and layout to change the description in the Sales Order,

Delivery and Billing Document. Corrected the Billing Document Cheque address which

was printed incorrectly.

BDC:

• Developed a Batch Input Program to upload Vendor Master (XK01) Data from legacy

system to SAP R/3 database.

• Developed a Batch Input Program to upload Customer Master (XD01) Data from

legacy system to SAP R/3 database.

• Developed a Batch Input Program to upload Material Master (MM01) Data from

legacy system to SAP R/3 database.

LSMW:

• Done Data migration from legacy system to SAP R/3 database using lsmw technique

for Customer Master (FD01).
