Initially hired for Tech Analyst role; additionally entrusted with Auditor
and Senior Business System Analyst responsibilities based on excellent
performance. Administered Remedy v7 Action Request (AR) Service Management
tool including facilitation of updates. Ensured strict adherence to SOX
regulations through testing with IT department and external auditors,
