Significant Accomplishments:

Created and completed the writing of contract GSA Schedule 70, IT, in only four months.

o Analyzed ISOCORP’s fiscal operations, business operations, product line, and completed a risk assessment for inclusion in the GSA Schedule.

The small business Procurement Technical Assistance Center (PTAC) in Pensacola, Florida reviewed the final draft and stated it was “one of the best written contracts ever reviewed.”

The Florida Legislature / Technology Review Workgroup (TRW) Tallahassee, FL

September 2005-June 2007 Senior Legislative Analyst Senior Legislative Analyst for the Florida Legislature/Technology Review Workgroup (TRW), supporting the House and Senate appropriations staff.

Analyzed legislative budget requests and budget amendments submitted by state agencies to determine if project supported user community usability requirements, business requirements, and return on investment requirements.

Managed requirements gathering, subsumed systems, and interface requirements.
