system manages the complete material management of the company. Company is having various work

sites. The site manager is able to raise indent to head office for various raw materials required for the

construction The Indent supposes to be approved by the procurement head. All approved Indents are

possible to send to registered vendors for quotation. The vendors can submit the quotation online or

procurement head can enter the data directly. The quotation is possible to approve and purchase order can

be created for the same. It is also possible to add Assets in to the system. The assets will be always in any

of the work sites. Stock of the site in terms of raw material and assets are possible to view.
