Generated all management reporting including actual to budget spending report for a Capital

budget of $183 million for Fiscal Year 2012. Provided variance analysis, reconciliation of all

fixed asset accounts such as AUC (Asset Under Construction) account and implementing fixed

asset tagging. Instrumental in an initiative to consolidate Fixed Asset Accounting which saved

the company approximately $200,000 annually through eliminating 4 positions.

preparations, all fixed asset accounting and processing, bank reconciliations, credit card

reconciliation as well as marketing accruals and processing. Provided training of the staff

Konica Minolta, March 2011 – October 2011: Printer Division: Posted all contract lease

revenue from 3rd party leasing companies including reconciliations and reporting delinquent

accounts to credit department. Processed all marketing credits/check requests for all earned
