30 internal audits per year of a photomask manufacturing site generating
approximately $50 Million/year in revenue. Maintained and managed the
site's corrective action system, ensuring that customer returns and
complaints were resolved in a timely manner. Provided designated customers
with periodic statistical analyses of product performance to their
requirements. Produced extensive training programs in quality related
areas.
. Led a series of initiatives causing all major quality-related metrics to
improve dramatically. Over a two-year period, the annual return rate was
