Long term contract assignment with Comcast. Onsite subject matter expert for third party

partner contract development, negotiation and day to day management of partners;
Developed and managed a successful RFP effort for all outsourced call center work

($500,000,000 annually and growing) from initial RFP through partner selection and contract negotiation.
New contracts results in more than $30 million dollars of savings fiscal 2013 and anticipated savings in

Developed new templates for Master Services Agreement and Statement of Work,

converting all existing partners to this new format and negotiating with the new partners to ensure
