To Whom It May Concern:

I am writing in regards to the Nurse Practitioner job posting. I am excited to see a job

close to my hometown. I am working towards my Master of Science in Nursing and

specializing as a Family Nurse Practitioner. I will finish my coursework in May 2014,

and I plan to take the Nurse Practitioner certification exam as early as possible after

graduation.

At this point, I have completed over 400 clinical house in two different rural family

practice settings, where I have been involved in treating and managing many acute and

chronic health conditions. Although I am new to being a Nurse Practitioner, I believe I

would be a great asset to your facility. I have a good work relationship with the medical

staff and nursing staff for which I am currently working and have previously worked. I

am well-rounded as a nurse working with both step-down and floor level patients. I have

experience with cardiac, surgical, medical, trauma, neurology, and orthopedic patients.

Also, I am very eager to learn and teach other people what I know.

I hope you consider my application, and I look forward to beginning my career as a

Nurse Practitioner.

Thank you for your consideration,

Maegan Osborne
