. Performed functional analysis of putative rhamnosyl 3-O-
methyltransferases inside plant cell walls (Physcomitrella patens) and
components of spindle matrix proteins of mitosis
. Planned and executed a variety of research techniques: gene cloning,
DNA/RNA isolation, generation of knockout cassette, PCR,
Electrophoresis, plant tissue culture and transformation, Drosophila
cell culture and transfection, gas chromatography, mass spectrometry,
protein biochemistry and many more
. Conducted a variety of lab and field experiments that involved
antibody screenings, immunoprecipitation, immunofluorescence, protein
expression and purification from E. coli, etc...
. Successfully worked with a variety of field equipment that included:
microscopy, fluorescence, electronic, laser confocal microscopy, and
FTIR (Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy)
