building a infrastructure to support medium voltage distribution over a 42

acre facility and a tank farm terminal capable of Rail unloading and

loading and Truck Loading and unloading for phase 1. Phase 1 was just put

online 11/21/13 with full power distribution to the facility. Phase 2 will

incorporate the building of a process unit capable of making KTS product.

Finished Terminal portion of project on time and $200,000.00 under budget.
