PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Underwriting

Review loan-to-value ratios, credit reports, applications and appraisals

to ensure that each loan meets guidelines and company underwriting

policies

Analyze credit, income and assets to ensure loans met guidelines

Process, determine, and communicate decision (approval, suspense, denial)

to appropriate individuals

Uphold fair lending practices; exceed targets for productivity, quality,

time in process and customer satisfaction

Ensure loan requests met program and product specifications or

counteroffer to a different product and/or program when appropriate

Maintain a thorough knowledge of tax return analysis for self-employed

borrowers (including corporation, sole proprietorships and partnerships

. Communicates underwriting decisions to Business Partners and ensures that

support staff and Business Partners receive the information necessary to

properly structure and finalize incomplete loan packages

. Implements fraud detection techniques

. Perform risk analysis and make decision regarding deficiencies identified

during the review process.

. $1 Million Dollar lending authority (Wells Fargo)

Loan Processing

Process loans according to policies, procedures, and loan specific

guidelines

Verify loan packages, employment, and socials security numbers; and

review title and appraisal reports

. Perform loan pre-qualifications, verify employment, and retrieve credit

information

. Submit complete loan packages to underwriter for final approval or signed

off per level of responsibility

. Maintain accurate knowledge of approval standards for various programs

Loan Officer and Customer Service

. Contact perspective clients to schedule appointments with loan officers

and establish new accounts

. Handle customer transactions, payments, withdrawals, transfers

. Handle special assignments as requested by manager
