Administrative/Executive Assistant: In my role as an

Executive/Administrative Assistant, I applied exquisite levels of detail to

meeting, travel and special events arrangements for three Portfolio

Managers and the Vice President of Operations. I simultaneously maintained

their calendars and expense reports. My duties also included, but were

not limited to, greeting guests, answering multiple telephone lines,

purchases, office supplies, maintaining an accurate filing system, training

and various administrative duties as needed. Microsoft products were used

on a daily basis.

Assistant Manager: Managed daily store duties, processed loans and

repayments. I provided superior customer service, and administrative

duties. Managed Money Gram and various monetary databases, and ran weekly

reports. Ordered supplies, provided training upon request and performed

bad debt collections.

Customer Service: I provided exceptional customer service as an Agent

Contact/Customer Service Representative. I assisted Progressive Agents

navigate the product data system, provided underwriting guidelines, and

processed policy changes and payments. On the average, I answered 100 to

120 calls per day and received several distinguished honor awards.

Financial Foundation Associate: I assisted members with the maintenance of

their membership accounts and policies. I have received numerous customer

surveys all of which were maximum scores. While in this position, I

obtained an insurance license with the State of Florida.

Hospitality/Entertainment: As Table Games Dealer I provided interactive

entertainment to guests, trained and mentored new dealers and opened and

closed card game tables.

Human Resources Administrative Assistant: I assisted the Director of Human

Resources with the hiring process of new hires, including drug screening,

background checks, payroll and other administrative duties.
