The Green Light Plan, Baton Rouge, LA
Project Budget: $200.7 Million
Managed and maintained schedules for the 37 projects included in a
transportation and street improvements program for the City of Baton
Rouge-Parish. One-half cent sales tax used to fund projects through 2030
to alleviate safety maintenance and congestion issues which were
heightened by Hurricanes Katrina and Rita in 2005

Assisted in the preparation of schedules for a risk analysis for Task

civil works project in the history of the USACE and includes floodgates,
floodwalls, levees, and pump station projects.

PBS&J/SBBC scheduling team to create a project management tool for SBBC

Improvements Plan, which included more than 1,900 projects.
