Going against Finance Dept. direction priced my proposal in a manner that I deemed to be correct; resulting in

a +$124M realization. Government auditors confirmed my methodology.

Negotiated contracts and changes with such companies as Boeing, Pratt & Whitney, Rolls Royce, GE, BAE,

Bombardier and Japan Airlines.
