Organization – Through my positions at Asprey Management
Solutions and St Alphege Junior School, I learnt the importance
of preparation and good housekeeping within a working
environment. I helped to maintain a client help desk by taking
calls and logging issues; managed data using spreadsheets;
created and photocopied documents for managers and kept
folders of my previous work whilst writing weekly progress
reports.
Communication – I have experience in both working in an office
environment and with children, meaning that I can communicate
with a variety of people. At Asprey, I was the first contact the
clients had with the company, meaning I perfected my polite and
helpful telephone manner. I also contributed to the school
newsletter.
EXPERIENCE IT ADMIN/OFFICE ASSISTANT, ASPREY MANAGEMENT SOLUTIONS
April 2013 – April 2014
Admin duties such as answering the phones, producing reports such as data
health checks, data analysis reports and excel registers, asbestos data registers,
helping clients with support issues, logging support calls onto the help desk and
emailing to and from clients.
I also spent one week a month completing various software development courses
(listed above) and the rest working at a software development company, dealing
with technical enquiries and data manipulation, as well as completing small
development tasks.

I helped the pupils with literacy and numeracy work as well as did general
administration tasks for the teachers.
