limitations; conduct maintenance trend and performance analysis; expedite
referrals and sustainment maintenance - reparable processing. Provide
maintenance management for a fleet of over 1500 pieces of rolling stock and
support equipment. Provide leadership and mentorship to 12 junior Warrant

Auto Maintenance Manager, U.S. Army, Fort Bliss, TX, 2008 - 2010
Responsible for unifying the maintenance processes for all levels of
maintenance in the Army Evaluation Task Force (BCT), comprised of 400
vehicles and over 300 lines of ancillary equipment including upgraded
M1A2SEPV2 Main Battle Tanks and M2A3 Bradley Fighting Vehicles. Supervised
the work load of over 80 Soldiers and managed civilian workforce of 24 and
their contract valued at $5M annually. Developed supervisory style that
facilitated teamwork, dedication and camaraderie. Prepared presentations

Auto Maintenance Manager, U.S. Army, Fort Bliss, TX, 2005 - 2008
Managed a maintenance section comprised of 46 personnel and oversaw
internal and external maintenance support to the 4th BCT. Responsible for
personnel including equipment maintenance services and repair operations in
excess of 10 million dollars. Maintained operations in the support of the
2-12 Battalion maintenance program through Table 12 Gunnery with all tanks
firing successfully and during the National Training Center Rotation
maintained a readiness rate of 91%. Successfully transitioned the Brigade
from the ULLS-G system to the new SAMS-E. Successfully deployed my section
to OIF 06-08 while ensuring security for equipment and personnel.
Auto Maintenance Manager
U.S. Army, Fort Carson, CO June 2004 -
October 2005
Supervised a maintenance section comprised of five ITT contract civilian
mechanics. Oversaw internal and external maintenance logistics support to
11 battalions in a six state area. Managed various MIPRs for the
Brigade's external maintenance programs with an annual operating of over
$1,000,000. Instituted strong networking capabilities to recruit and
retain personnel. Coordinate daily with personnel to insure timely
processing. Responsible for organizational level maintenance to include
114 tracked and 108 wheeled vehicles worth in excess of $90 million.
Responsible for a facility worth in excess of $720,000. Responsible for
the health, welfare, and morale of 80 personnel. Supervised the repair
parts administration, scheduled maintenance, and regulation of the
battalion's fleet. Advised higher management regarding the readiness of
combat power and technical maintenance operations.
