Inventory Control Manager (March 2012- March 2013)

Responsible for purchasing for "on demand jobs" and maintaining adequate

inventory to keep the production line moving. This company remanufactures

diesel injectors in a high demand. I am in the process of reorganizing

their parts room with bin locations, adequate room and proper stock.

Responsible for shipping and receiving with one person to supervise.

Created a method to track their inbound and out bound finished product.

Inventory Control Supervisor (April 2009 - March 2011)

Responsible for the purchasing and inventory control of materials related

to the upholstery industry for a 6 million dollar company with multiple

locations. Completely reorganized the layouts of warehouses and

instituted a bin location system and weekly accuracy stock counts. Staff

was able to more rapidly fill order and the new layout helped decrease the

time between the customer order and the product delivery. It also reduced

over ordered product and duplicate vendor orders. Initiated the use of

the Activant Prophet 21 computer software programs and created the product
