the NASA Constellation Project, and also managed engineering documentation.

-Developed finite element model analysis to assess the structural and modal (acoustic) integrity of the fixtures.

-Performed conventional hand calculations of mass and inertia distribution on the fixtures, and carried other complex

simulations with the aid of CAE software (Excel, MATHLAB, or MSC ADAMS).

Boeing Co. Grant Awarded to UTEP

-Conducted reverse engineering on CAD models of various part design as specified by Boeing.

-Developed new designs and design modifications between Catia v5 and Pro-E models as part of a CAD transition

project.

Threat Systems Management Office & Sandia N.L. Grants Awarded to UTEP

Research Assistant/Engineering Analyst

-Simulated specific energy and load conditions as specified by TSMO by performing analysis with the aid of CAE

software (HyperWorks, Optistruct, Nastran).

actual vibrations of solid structures.
