As a Comcast Circuit Provisioner, I submit new porting orders for small business customers. I also status these
orders daily and take the necessary steps to make sure the project managers are able to resolve the rejects
and keep the customer updated on the status of their port. I use a variety of systems to make sure the order
is processed correctly and also noted so the project managers can easily read and understand what is going
on with their order. I respond to daily emails regarding escalated orders. I answer incoming calls from I.E.'s
with questions about orders or requests to trigger (activate) a number(s). Often times, I'm doing many different
things all at the same time.

to work many different jobs all at the same time. I worked Local Number Portability (LNP VoIP), Directory
Assistance/Directory Listing (DA/DL), Cable Data Video (CDV VoIP) Repair and Provisioning, Telephone
Number Administration (TN Admin), Day of Install (DOI VoIP), and Wholesale, all for residential customers. I've
worked as a trainer, and on several special projects. Working LNP I worked on trouble tickets and escalations
emails. I ported telephone numbers from all companies. As DA/DL again I worked on tickets and escalations,
removing published information that was originally supposed to be non-published. I was one of few who worked
on email requests from peers to have numbers removed in error from a customer's billing accounts. I took
several Day Of Install calls for porting issues, and High Speed Internet issues. I worked Repair Tickets for
customers with issues making and receiving calls locally, long distance and internationally. I had to call these
customers who were typically upset, which was very understandable since the issue was already on going for
quite some time now. I normally had to calm the customer down first, and then explain to them what caused
the issue in first place and what the next step was to resolve the issue. I worked with these customers from
start to finish, minimizing the frustration of being transferred all over the place. This was my favorite part of my
job, being able to work with someone who is angry and bring them back to loving our company. I helped to
train local markets to work issues that were considered Tier I work. I helped train my peers with working with
certain systems and helped train new hires on LNP and how to use some systems.

while in the store, offer warranties on any product they purchased, make sure they got received the correct
change, and end their experience with a smile. I also had to make sure my area stayed nice and neat; during
down times I had to clean the register area, make sure that customers were able to see that my register was
open, or get to the correct department if they were lost. I came in before the store opened or stayed until after
closing hours to make sure all the shelves were stocked with the appropriate items, vacuum, and wipe down
the front of the store.
