Consulted with several companies to incorporate a project lifecycle with

their system development lifecycle. Implemented Change Management Process

which included Change Control Board, Steering Committee; a rating matrix to

prioritize projects. Created process documentation comprised of policies

and procedures, and document templates.

Vice President of Corporate Project Management Office establishing Project

Management Office managing technology project initiatives with a staff of

four project leads/ business analysts.

Chosen by senior managed to be a member of CMMI Appraiser team to acquire a

CMMI level III certification. Irdeto obtained the certification by

implementing best practices, measures and controls, and to continue to

Client Service site to include departmental project guidelines, standards

with document templates; Corporate Document repository storing policies,

procedures and supporting tools.

Developed Excel reports and implemented processes to measure project

successes and department goals. Reports included project budgets and

invoice reports; resource utilization and capacity reports; and sales

budget/forecast reports; metric reports to measure projects and program

portfolio.

Primary liaison managing the setup of Old Kent Subprime Loan Servicing

Center including vendor management, software application training; software

and hardware implementation.

Managed the data migration, decommission of system applications and

hardware, desktop migration; and system migration and integration for three

Loan Servicing Center closures.

Lead Business Analyst managing project scope/requirements using

requirements traceability matrix; coordinating testing phase (system test

and UAT); tracking and escalating issues via ticketing system.
