As an U.S. Army Retired Master Sergeant, Mr. Beldotti serves as the Army Instructor for the
Wicomico Senior High School JROTC Program. Being recently retired, Mr. Beldotti brings an up-
to-date view of Army training, tactics, and procedures to the Cadets that he teaches. Using a proven
curriculum delivery system, Mr. Beldotti teaches over 150 Student/Cadets on subjects ranging from
U.S. History to financial management. Mr. Beldotti also trains a select group of Cadets to be
“Raiders” and prepares them for competitions involving a 5K run, land navigation, physical fitness,
first aid, and constructing and crossing a rope bridge.

Mr. Beldotti led a team of six recruiters that provide recruiting and staffing services for the Training
Solutions Division of Northrop Grumman Corporation. He managed and oversaw the day-to-day
functions of the recruiting and on-boarding process. He designed and implemented a method for
measuring recruiting and staffing outcomes and effectiveness. Working with hiring managers and
recruiting coordinators, he developed workforce forecasts and plans to enable the development and
execution of talent acquisition strategies for the full range of positions (e.g. experienced, on-call,
contract and contingent) in a timely and cost effective manner. He is experienced with, and has
successfully managed the sourcing and closing of key executive positions for the division. He also
has extensive experience in sourcing and screening candidates to meet diversity/inclusion standards
and provides the metrics that demonstrate EEO and ADA compliance. Mr. Beldotti’s reason for
leaving was due to lay-off because of the US Government’s continued budget resolution for FY
2011.

Military Outreach Liaison – Recruiting and Outreach (2010 – 2010)
Mr. Beldotti was responsible for the recruiting outreach for Trident University International in his
assigned area netting over 100 new student enrollments in his short tenure. With a zeal for higher
education, Mr. Beldotti travelled extensively to military installations in a six state region to bring
affordable and quality education to military personnel. His canvassing plan was cost effective and
provided the university with a great ROI, often visiting multiple installations in a one week period.
Delivering quality briefings to potential students and their leadership, Mr. Beldotti made a direct
impact on the future earning potential and education for Soldiers, Sailors, Airmen and Marines that
he counseled.

Director of Retention and Human Resources – MEDCOM Headquarters (2007 – 2010)

Mr. Beldotti directed a team of 57 Career Counselors that impacted the careers of over 37,000
medical personnel in 40 Military Treatment Facilities (MTFs), 60 Dental Treatment Facilities
(DTFs), 50 Veterinary Activities, and ten Medical Research Facilities that are globally dispersed
throughout the continental United States, the Pacific Rim, Alaska, Europe, and Asia. He improved
the retention of critical medical skills by over 190% through professional and technical planning,
data research, analysis, and long-term planning. He constantly leveraged sound fiscal business
practices with comprehensive evaluation of the absolute need to trim expenses leading to a savings
of over $25 Million dollars in fiscal years 2009 – 2010. He developed policies and procedures that
consistently controlled the growth of the MEDCOM with measurable results.

consistently accomplished over 190% of retention production goals each year through his intense
mentoring and leadership. Upon his arrival, Mr. Beldotti trained a stagnant team to increase
production through creative and out-of-the-box thinking that produced record and historic results.
Mr. Beldotti implemented new and innovative ways of retaining personnel, which resulted in
recognition by the Fort Sill Commanding General.

Mr. Beldotti served in the roles of recruiter manager, recruiter trainer and recruiter with USAREC
that made a great impact in manning the American War Fighting Force. As a recruiter manager, Mr.
Beldotti managed a recruiting team of seven personnel who achieved over 100% of their recruiting
goals consistently and year after year. As a recruiter trainer, Mr. Beldotti was able to bring years of
recruiter experience to the recruiting force he supported, dramatically cutting down on learning-
curve lag. As a recruiter, Mr. Beldotti consistently achieved his recruiting goals with overproduction
which culminated in multiple Top Recruiter awards and being chosen as Recruiter of the Year.
