Ericsson. The integration aims at keeping the Vodafone Knowledge Base system up to date

Project Description

For SalesForce Integration Phase-II the data will flow from SAPBW to the Salesforce.com server.

This information will flow through the integration centre (i.e. Datapower) which is also responsible

for invoking web service request to fetch this data. This integration involves WMB, WDP and

WMQ technologies within IC. WMB is used for Orchestration and to store database fields.

Datapower receives an input XML file from WMB and, based on the values in this XML file,

constructs SOAP requests for various webservice calls. It also receives and processes responses

and sends back the updated XML file to WMB.WMQ is used for flowing data between WMB and

WDP

Since this is a telecom project it has a lot a number of applications/interfaces like Siebel CRM,

WFM, TM, OM, and KENAN BP (BILLING). As a middle ware team my objective is to integrate all

these applications for which DATAPOWER XI50 was used.
