Program Manager for the GE Power Systems program, and scheduling manager for the Ford
program. I lead two teams that implemented a global wireless network system for gathering data
from GE turbines worldwide into the Atlanta data center; and was responsible for advance
planning on the Ford NextGen Project, an ERP module for inventory management.
Responsible for multiple industrial automation projects and programs, with an emphasis on
providing consulting support to strategic customers. I led a team of 25 engineers and consultants,
with full responsibility for meeting business financial commitments. I built a team from scratch
and achieved 10% plus annual increases in billables over the period, culminating in $4.5M in
2001
