approximately $200M of active business across multiple international

manufacturing locations.

Hired to manage a major program involving the start up of a new facility in

Silao, Mexico. Responsibilities included managing all aspects of acquiring

tooling and equipment for class A interior plastic injection molded panels

and assemblies, and integrating processes into a new facility. All

milestone targets were achieved on time.

- Exceeded profit targets on more than $30M of business (annual)

- Led all commercial negotiations to favorable outcomes

launching a significant volume of incremental business for a plant

manufacturing hot stamped sheet metal structural components - taking annual

400,000 to 550,000 sq. ft.
