Managed the start-up of a residential and aftercare program for felon delinquent youth in Cuyahoga

County, Ohio. Responsible for all aspects of a 30 bed residential program and 9 month aftercare city

center.

Provided active management to the agency’s 5 management staff and 35 drill instructors and youth

counselors, providing services to 80+ youth. Participated in the National Advisory Committee overseeing

the progress and research of the 3 national Boot Camp programs. Worked closely with Cuyahoga

Juvenile Court and the Ohio Department of Youth Services. Developed and monitor our agency budget

monthly.
