. Responsible for overall Process yield improvement for ensuring on time

delivery (OTD) and OEE improvement.

. Working with cross functional team (CFT) to resolve manufacturing, design

or installation related issue of optical fiber cable.

closely work with SCM for supplier approval and validation.

. Developing new vendor for Extrusion tooling, Amour tooling and modifying

the existing set up with more balanced process.

. Responsible for preparing cost justifications for any new equipment

purchases, specifying, qualifying and providing initial training and

documentation.

. Driving LEAN implementation, ISO 9000, 14000, 18000, BCMS audit, layer

process audits etc for strengthening the process and system.

. Ensuring the availability of Process Parameter sheet, Standard operating

procedure (SOP), Work instructions, In process checklists, Preventive

Maintenance (PM) checklist and other process documentation.

. Providing various trainings to the line operator, interns on monthly

basis for knowledge sharing.

. Have exposure on different quality system such as 7 Q-tools, QFD, PFMEA,

DOE,8D tool, QAP, Process capability study, Control Charts, Control plans
