Marketing Supervisor/Operations Manager

Domino's Pizza - Lakeland, FL - 2006 to 2012

Duties:

Operations: I supervised four locations, working closely with my management teams. I trained on all new

products and positively coached teams to improve daily operations and increase sales. I held manager

meetings weekly to go over profits, losses, weekly numbers, and set goals for the upcoming week. I reported

payroll and bonuses to accountant. I attended all corporate training classes, seminars, and meetings. I was in

charge of interviewing, hiring, training, and placing employees in stores.

Marketing: Ran set up of all special events. This consisted of churches, organizations, charities, health centers,

sports teams, schools, car shows, etc. I often attending the events I set up as well. Worked throughout the

community; building relationships and starting partnerships with other businesses. I worked with different

media sources to finalize ads and campaigns. I worked closely with the art department to execute successful

promotions. I pulled statistics and analyzed them on a regular basis. I would then develop a plan to implement

that would drive better figures. I did this by creating incentive programs for the employees.

Sales Associate/ Key Holder

Olympia Sports - Middlebury, VT - 2005 to 2006

Duties: I ran the floor doing face to face retail sales. This company taught me how to aggressively sell. Every

customer was helped personally while they were in the store. Customer service was #1 with this company. I

stocked, did truck orders, shipments, back orders, put up displays, put up new promotions and discounts, ran

pos, handled cash and deposits daily, and was in charge of opening and closing.

Duties: Restock, back orders, straightening, helping customers.
