settlement, and valuation services for residential retail originators and

servicers. First American Mortgage Services supports all aspects of the

residential origination and the default servicing process, successfully

supplying products and services that have assisted in closing more than one

million mortgages nationwide.

Responsible for managing the triple constraints associated with assigned

projects. Duties include managing project scope by gathering business

requirements from stakeholders, drafting project charter, defining

completion criteria and developing the project plan. Increase project

quality by building the project team, drafting responsibility matrices,

project network diagrams, and work breakdown structures. Manage schedule

and scope creep by practicing sound project management methodologies and

tools such as PERT/CPM, resource leveling, and by utilizing risk matrices.

Close out projects by communicating best practices to all business

stakeholders, surveying customers, and delivering budget reports.
