Responsible for the strategy and management of the Kraft Private Fleet and Dedicated Fleet services, which

included over 500 power units and 250 company drivers, with a budget of $150 million

1999-2003

Responsibilities included managing the largest conventional manufacturing/distribution facility in the

Nabisco network. Effectively worked with Manufacturing and Product Supply to achieve all site

productivity, quality, budget and efficiency goals. Designed and implemented a safety awareness

program that improved the safety record of the Distribution facility by 80% while maintaining cost and

service. Appointed Project lead for the RP (Red Prairie) WMS system implementation team, developing all

Led the floor design and worked closely with project engineer during construction of 150,000 square foot

addition. Implemented new work processes and business procedures to handle 30% increase in volume.

Resources and outside consultants to provide the necessary tools for a successful implementation which
